Data & Account Deletion

Bullfrog Games LLC respects your privacy. If you wish to delete your game data or account information, please follow the instructions below based on the platform you are using.

Facebook Instant Games

To delete your data for any Bullfrog Games title on Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites from the left menu.
  3. Find the Bullfrog game you wish to remove and click Remove.
  4. In the confirmation box, ensure you check the box to "Allow Facebook to notify [Game Name] that your login connection was removed. They may offer you another way to log in."

Request Manual Deletion

If you would like us to manually remove all data associated with your user ID from our internal servers, please email our support team:

Please include your Platform ID (Facebook ID) or username in the request. We will process your deletion request within 48-72 hours.

Once deleted, your game progress, scores, and any virtual items will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
